Clifton Golf Outing August 29th
The Golfing is full, but non-golfers can still join your neighbors for dinner at 6pm at Clifton Golf Outing’s 13th annual event Saturday August 29 at Avon Fields Golf Course. There will be awards and a raffle. Dinner for adults will be $10. Kids 12 and under eat free. Beer and wine will be available.
This year Golf Outing proceeds will go to support the new golf team at DePaul Cristo Rey High School. In addition the first ninety golfers to register (see instructions below) will receive an all-white Cincy hat with green trim. Hat proceeds will support Cincinnati Bengal Ted Karras’ ‘Adults with Disabilities’ charity.
This year’s Duke Energy Friend of Clifton Award will be presented to Josh Lea. As a volunteer, Josh has led Clifton SAY Soccer for many years providing thousands of Clifton children enjoyment. In addition, Josh initiated and led a very successful tennis program at Clifton Meadows allowing hundreds of kids and adults to enjoy time on the hardcourt.
Over the years, Clifton Golf Outing has raised over $175,000 for local charities and is a CTM event. We hope to reach the $200,000 milestone this year!
