To request DOTE to:Retime pedestrian crossing signals at Telford, Middleton, and Whitfield to reduce pedestrian wait times. Install centerline hardening at Ludlow/Middleton, Ludlow/Whitfield, Ludlow/Ormond. Remove left-turn prohibition from Ludlow onto Middleton, Ormond
